We are delighted to invite you to our Annual Day and Mahaa Anjuman, scheduled to take place at the prestigious NIMHANS Convention Centre, near Dairy Circle, on 24th November 2024, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

This event will showcase the incredible talents and achievements of our students, along with a grand celebration of our school's accomplishments. Further details on the event schedule will be shared with you soon.

What is the date and venue for the Annual Day?

The Annual Day is scheduled for 24th November at NIMHANS Convention Centre, located near Dairy Circle.

What time should we arrive?

The program will start at 10:15 am and is expected to conclude by 5:30 pm. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to settle in before the event begins.

Is it mandatory for all students to attend?

Yes, we encourage all students to attend as it’s a significant event that celebrates their achievements and showcases their talents.

Will there be seating arrangements for parents and students?

Yes, there will be designated seating for parents and students. Please follow the instructions provided by the event coordinators at the venue.

Are students required to wear a specific dress code?

Students who are participating in performances will be informed about their costumes or attire by their teachers. Non-participating students can come in comfortable attire.

Is there a participation fee for the Annual Day?

No, there is no participation fee for students.

Can parents bring additional family members or friends?

Due to limited seating capacity, we request that only parents attend to ensure all families have a comfortable experience. Please contact the event co-ordinator at 9036123451 for additional members entry.

How can I find out if my child is performing in the Annual Day?

Teachers will notify the parents of students who are participating. If you haven’t received any notification, you can contact your child’s class teacher for more details.

Will there be an opportunity to photograph or record my child’s performance?

A professional photographer will capture moments throughout the event. We request parents to refrain from standing up to take photos or videos to avoid obstructing the view of others.

Will there be enough parking space at the venue?

Yes, ample parking space is available at NIMHANS for all parents and visitors attending the Annual Day event.

Will food be provided, or can we purchase it at the venue?

A food court will be available for purchasing lunch, snacks, tea, juice, and other refreshments throughout the event.

How can I collect my child after their performance?

Parents are required to collect their children after their respective performances from the help desk area. This will ensure a safe and organized process.

How will students get to the venue?

All students will be picked up as usual and transported to the venue by school-provided transport. Students will arrive at NIMHANS by 7:45 AM.

Is there any transport arranged by the school for dropping students home after the event?

No, there will be no school transport for students after the event. Parents must make arrangements to pick up their children from the venue at the end of the program.
